About Paul Coleman
Paul Coleman, a Charlestown, Massachusetts native, is a self-driven business professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a client-focused sales approach. Paul brings a highly knowledgeable understanding of the real estate industry including not only negotiation skills but a market awareness of Boston’s various neighborhoods, surrounding towns, and suburbs. Paul’s repeat and referral clientele are the highest compliment to his understanding of what his buyers and sellers desire in a long-term, nurtured, relationship.
When working with buyers, he actively listens to his clients’ wishes to make sure their new home reflects their personal lifestyle. The same can be said of his listing clients. Paul has been known to roll up his sleeves and put in the time to help bring a seller’s home on the market. He has the design sense to reflect what buyers are looking for in order to garnish the highest price. As a whole, in all transactions, Paul brings satisfaction to each and every client well beyond checking the required boxes.
Paul’s expertise in real estate enables him to seamlessly navigate both sides of any transaction. Throughout his career, Paul has developed a niche role within the Boston market with an emphasis on first-time home buyers and military veteran buyers.
Paul currently volunteers on the Greater Boston Realtor® Association of Young Professional Networking Committee as co-chair, where he participates on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Rental Task Force Committee as well. He was awarded the Greater Boston Association Rising Star Award for 2022
On a personal level, Paul enjoys traveling and the outdoors – he has a passion for doing yard work and curling up with a great book next to a warm fire.
You’ve been in the business for quite some time. What made you decide to switch to Lamacchia Realty?

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I love to travel, enjoy spending time with my Doggo Takoda and seeing new places, trying new restaurants and spending time outdoors.”
What is your favorite part of your job?
“Handing the keys to my clients/friends and seeing the joy that lights up their faces.”

“Yes, a Dog, my little man Takoda”

What’s your favorite sport to play or watch?
“I love watching the Bruins and all Hockey. I am a Boston fan all the way so I do watch Football and Baseball as well.”
